Holon business group

Holon is the combination of the Greek word ‘holos’ meaning whole, with the suffix ‘on’ meaning part or particle.

In living organisms and in social organisations, self-supporting entities don’t exist. Each unit comprises more basic units while at the same time forming a part of a larger unit of organisation. ‘Holon’ is the basic unit of organisation in biological and social systems.
