Participation - "Not for the faint hearted"
Be prepared to practice presenting several times throughout the day. To learn new skills you have to 'do' the skills, and the training room is the best environment to 'try out' new aspects and then choose which of these you want to incorporate in future. You will have great support from your peers and trainers and the feedback will be the most valuable aspect of this training.
