Values Survey

The Values Test is a specific diagnostic assessment used to evaluate the dominant value systems within individuals, and as a group.  This assessment provides great value to individuals and teams by bringing to awareness the possible opportunities, challenges, and likely conflicts that may occur in the group environment, and in context of the overall company direction.  The awareness of the possible dynamics that may emerge as indicated by the Values Test, enables the team to increase the behaviours that promote desired outcomes, and to divert likely conflicts before they occur.
