Overview
This program is for professional trainers. For Cert.IV, professional educators and trainers, you are invited to test a training model that enables you to generate an impactful and memorable training program for your audiences, no matter how diverse the psychological and skills make-up, or how dry the training content. In this four day training program you will learn how to apply the best of the psychological methodologies to entice optimum skills acquisition by your participants. The ultimate test of a great trainer is whether their audience have walked away competent in a new skill, and are able and motivated to apply the skill with great results, on their own, in other contexts.
